Purpose

Centralized portal for task planning, real-time availability tracking, KPI monitoring, FTR validation, and automated reporting.

Scope includes task creation with AHT, daily POA selection, live availability, email-to-task, KPI/FTR tracking, validation workflow, and automated reporting.
